Yachties would be better in Gustavia Harbour rather than the swelly anchorage - if there were not the discothèque of the yacht club with it's loud techno music every night until 4am. Despite of all the fancy restaurants and boutiques, Gustavia remains a charming little town.

Big motor yachts are part of the scenery. Their tenders are generally bigger than Anahita.

The airport of St. Barths is one of the major attractions of the island. In the approach, the little planes plunge down from a mountain pass. On the other end of the runway they take off only a few meters of St. Jean beach - to the joy of the bathers.

St. Barths has some decent dive sites. Right at the entry to Gustavia harbour lies the wreck of Non-Stop where we met this little ray.
